Padovani Srl evolved from the experience of Padovani PierLuigi, growing over the decades into one of the most dynamic names in Italian design. Since 1991, we have integrated 3D design into our services, allowing clients to preview the full impact of each project before implementation.

MAURIZIO PADOVANI
Managing Director, Padovani Srl // Interior Designer // Project Manager
With the company from its earliest days, he trained in the United States, where in 1995 he attended 3D design courses at Microsoft.
In 1997, he was among the first in Italy to introduce Virtual Reality applied to interior design. Until 2005, he served as a consultant for new technologies for leading furniture and design manufacturers.
Today, driven by his passion for immersive technologies, he continues to design for private clients and companies, always striving for excellence.
MICHELE PADOVANI
Managing Director, Padovani Srl // Interior Designer // Commercial Director
After graduating from scientific high school, he joined the company and progressively refined his expertise, demonstrating strong capabilities in managing commercial relationships with suppliers.
With the advent of new technologies — particularly integrated design and quotation software connected directly with manufacturers — he developed advanced skills in both design and commercial management.
Every single item among the thousands marketed each year by Padovani passes through his system, ensuring precision and overseeing each project from concept to final execution.
FIORELLA PADOVANI
Head of Administration
After completing her studies in London, she joined the company and took charge of its complex administrative structure.
Her role is essential to the company’s operations, working in collaboration with external consultants to manage relationships with employees, suppliers, financial institutions and all administrative processes.
PierLuigi PADOVANI
Pierluigi Padovani (1934–2009), the company’s founder, approached his work with dedication and passion, always placing strong emphasis on client care — both before and after purchase.
Over more than 40 years in the design industry, he undertook bold entrepreneurial ventures, opening stores in Gaeta, Formia and Sperlonga. His ethical approach to business earned him deep professional and personal respect.
Today, his three children — Maurizio, Michele and Fiorella — lead the company with the same spirit, inspired by a father who earned recognition through humility and consistent action.
In 1996, alongside Padovani Srl, the Design LAB and the GALLERY space were established as a natural evolution of this journey.
